In the spirit of the Holidays, Handmade Artists’ has decided to give away one free month to all new vendors that sign up in the month of December 2012. This promotion is only available to new vendors that sign up for a monthly subscription, new annual subscribers are not eligible.

This is how it works:

Register as a vendor on Handmade Artists.
Set up your monthly recurring subscription payments.
Your Paypal account will be charged $5.00
Handmade Artists will refund your Paypal account $5.00 within 48 hours.
Set up shop and enjoy!

Important Details!

When you sign up to Handmade Artists, a recurring payment profile is set up in your Paypal account; you will automatically be charged $5.00 a month for your subscription. After your initial free month, your PayPal account will be automatically charged $5 per month. In order to keep your shop active after your free month, this subscription must stay active. If this subscription is deactivated, your account will be demoted to a buyers only account.

To cancel your subscription just log into your Paypal account and cancel your recurring payment profile. Your account on Handmade Artists’ will then be demoted to a buyer only account after your free month has ended.

Handmade Artists’ has a vibrant community of buyers, sellers, and lovers of Handmade. We work hard to promote your creations to the world. Almost every new item posted in the shop is automatically promoted to our combined 160,000 plus twitter followers. We regularly promote your creations on other sites including facebook, google+, and pinterest.

Our site support is second to none. Whether it is the FAQ section, forum site support section, or live chat, you’ll always be able to get a hand from our staff or our members. Our community members are always happy to jump in and help.

The blog posts daily articles. There are tons of articles to help sellers have success online as well as regular features of our artists so you can get to know our members and see their talents.

The forum is a wonderful part of Handmade Artists as well. We have regular promotions and giveaways with our Highlights. There are also active promotional efforts among our membership, we believe that supporting each other is the only way to go. We have an active twitter ring, Facebook ring, Pinterest Ring, and Blog Ring. Our members work hard to promote each other and support each other. There is also a tremendous amount of just hanging out with like minded people. Our members enjoy sharing their lives with each other and have created a wonderful family type atmosphere.

Many of our members sign up just for the sheer promotion that Handmade Artists provides. You can not spend $5.00 a month on advertising anywhere on the net and get the same amount of exposure that Handmade Artists’ Gives their vendors.

Site Fees

Vendor fees are handled with a monthly subscription as stated above. These payments are taken out automatically with the use of recurring payment profiles through Paypal. The subscription fee is $5.00 a month or $50.00 a year (which is a $10.00 a year savings)

There are no listing fees charged and no commissions charged.

Handmade and Handmade Only

Handmade Artists only allows handmade items to be listed on our site as we believe that handmade is special and deserves a special spot of its own. We do not allow mass produced supplies or any unaltered vintage. Please review our Terms of Use.
