Bio

Hi, I'm from Long Island, NY and an artist, photographer and mangaka. I've been drawing as long as I can remember. My inspiration comes from nature, animals, music, mythology and ancient cultures. I enjoy creating manga, drawing, photography, filming and sculpting. Aside from what I create, my interests include: birding, taiko, nature, pets, wildlife, anime, festivals, music, mythology, archeology and playing card games and video games. Each illustration is original and drawn by hand in pencil. After it's sketched, I carefully ink in every detail then scan in into my computer. After it's scanned, I edit it then use screentones or colour with Adobe Photoshop and add my photos to create the backgrounds and textures. Once I'm happy with the result, I print it on quality glossy paper. The story revolves around the adventures of the rebel woman warrior – Akuba, Someiyoshino (Ronin Yoshino) who battles the corrupt government. She takes on all challengers, fighting for her friends and the future of the people! Rated: T+ (teens and older_ Genre: action/ adventure/ historical/ fantasy *Manga is read from right to left.
