Refund & Exchanges

All items are brand new, made to order and well packaged when shipped. Prints, books and cards are placed in a plastic sleeve for protection, then within stiff cardboard and placed into a secure envelope. I accept exchanges. Sorry, no returns on custom orders.

I can draw custom art of your dog or cat! Choose either a custom drawing as a print, hand painted pendant or a maneki-inu (lucky dog) charm! For me to draw a portrait, or sculpt your pet, I need good photographs to work from. The better the photo, the better the finished work will be! They don't have to be professional, just make sure they are sharp and clear enough to see the details of the markings, colour and fur. ART PRINTS Each illustration is drawn by hand in pencil. After it's sketched, I ink it in and color with markers or cel shaded on my computer (let me know which you prefer?). Artwork is printed on high quality 8x10" glossy photo paper. I can draw a full body illustration or a portrait from your photograph! HAND PAINTED PENDANTS I form polymer clay into a disk, bake, paint it white, sketch with pencil then I use acrylic paint and glaze the artwork. The pendant is about 1" and is hung on a copper bail and comes with an 18" rubber cord. I can paint a portrait from your photo! MANEKI-INU CHARMS These lucky dog charms are handmade polymer sculptures and can be worn as a pendant, a charm on a bag or as a cell phone charm. They are about 2" and comes with a cord. I need photos of the top of back, left and right sides of the body, full face and any additional photos for reference. *Photos in sunlight or a well lit room bring out the colors best. --- ADDITIONAL INFO Time it takes to complete depends upon my schedule and the complexity of the commission, but generally your order will be shipped within 2 weeks or less. Prints are 8x10" glossy and are matted, ready to be framed. Pendants are 1" round and includes an 18" rubber cord (Care instructions for Kawaii Dog Charms and Pendants - please take care not to get very wet).
