| Hi and welcome! I grew up with a father who was a carpenter. Little did I know I would get the woodworking bug, but it happened. I was given a lathe a few years ago. After setting up a shop in the garage I can't seem to leave it! Turning rough wood and other natural items into unique jewelry and accessories is like opening precious gifts. The wood and stones always reveal their own beauty. In addition to my woodworking and jewelry design business, I stay busy with three daughters, three grandchildren, and a husband. Oh yes, and teaching middle school science is my day job.
