| I started making lampwork beads in Ark on a Hothead torch! In 2007 I moved with my husband to Minnesota and in 2008 we bought a home here where I set up a studio. In 2009 I took a class with Donna Millard and in Sept 2010 I bought a mini CC torch and kiln and have never looked back! Although I was making beads and knew the basics before taking a class with Donna I never really knew what I was doing. I still consider myself a newbie/intermediate in bead making as there is so much more to learn. The possibilities in this art form are limitless! I have 2 children and one stepson, 4 grandchildren, 2 dogs and a stepdog (we are watching her while stepson finishes remodeling his home.) Along with lampworking I enjoy stained glass, gardening, painting, and interior decorating! Female, Born on July 8 |
