This affordable hair clip is created using the age old art form of quilling.  Using coral petals for the bottom layer and a white petal shaped into a pinwheel I have created a contrast that is I think stunning.  I have added 4mm light green pearls and the palest yellow seed bead with a 4mm white pearl to imitate the center of a flower.  The addition of the beads not only adds to the beauty of the hair clip but it also allows me to continue to use my beading skills in a new and innovative way.

At the widest point, this hairclip measures just over 2 inches wide

These have been coated to make them sturdy and the beads have been woven into the flower with 8lb Fireline thread through and around the clip.  The thread will in no way hamper the mechanism of the clip.  I have also added the indestructible E6000 glue to the clip to make it iven more sturdy.

The coating on the hair clip will withstand damp hair however, you will not want to run out into a rain shower without your umbrella.

You will enjoy wearing this unique hair accessory. I consider them one of a kind pieces as it is impossible to recreate them exactly.  Because they are handmade, no two are ever exact duplicates.
