Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal. After adding your item(s) to your shopping cart, click on "shopping cart" in the upper right hand corner, fill out the necessary info, and be sure to come back to the product page when you are finished at PayPal to complete the transaction. If you experience a problem or prefer some other payment method, please contact me.

Shipping

I mail everything with USPS. Normally, I mail items through 1st class mail, if you prefer Priority or Express, please contact me before placing your order so I can upgrade the shipping charge. ****International shipping charges are an estimate, if the actual charge is much more, I will need to charge you the extra amount.***** All orders, if the actual shipping charge is less, I will refund any amount over 1.00. I'm usually pretty close or slightly undercharge on shipping and deal with the difference. All ornaments are insured as well other glass items.

Refund & Exchanges

Refunds - maybe, please contact me within 3 days (or sooner)after you receive your order. If by chance your order arrives damaged, please contact me asap and we will work it out! If a glass chime does break due to winds, etc, please contact me, I can probably replace it. I do recommend that wind chimes be brought inside during high winds. Taped and soldered stained glass is difficult to repair, if your stained glass item fails (tape pulling loose) within the 1st year, please contact me and we can discuss what can be done. If you drop and break it, I'm very sorry - however do contact me and I'll see if it can possibly be repaired. I have most of my stained glass hanging in my apartment, so far the only piece that has come apart, is the very 1st butterfly I made. Care instructions will be included.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I enjoy doing custom orders, some items will require a 50% deposit. Depends on the theme or idea, the item, amount of time it will take, etc. If it's personalized, I do require 50% down. I will let you know when I expect to be able to finish your custom item by.
