Affordable Custom Design Jewelry! Custom requests welcomed! No charge for designing or changing a design of a piece of jewelry. If change in design increases material costs, this expense will be added to the price of the item.

Payment

Payment must be paid in full before item(s) will be shipped. Custom item(s) must be paid in full before work on item is started. No cancellations after shipment. Returns/refunds & exchanges are decided on a case by case basis.

Shipping

USA - USPS Priority mail (2-5 days), tracking number, insurance over $50 purchase price Other Countries - USPS First Class mail, no tracking number, insurance over $50 purchase price, 6 to 10 business days (some cases may take longer) Canada: within 3-5 business days (rare cases took longer) Express shipping can be arranged, please contact me before paying. I will provide a custom order with express shipping charges for you on my studio. I attempt to ship all Items within 4 business days after payment process is completed. Since my feather earrings are custom made items, I do not make them in advance of your order. Therefore, there may be delays, such as supply, or high volume of orders, and other unforeseen delays. I will notify you if your item is going to be delayed! Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing an item from me. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such activities.

Refund & Exchanges

No cancellations after shipping. All items are 100% guaranteed. I want you to be happy and proud to wear my jewelry. If you are dissatisfied with the jewelry or need changes made, please discuss it with me. Refunds and exchanges are decided on a case by case basis. I do not refund postage charges or sizing charges. Items that have been sized will be refunded at a discounted price. I will subtract the price of the setting, since the setting has been altered, from the original sale price and refund the remainder of the sale price, minus the postage, to you.
