Welcome to the Tangled Skein - handspun yarn and fibres for crafting work as well as my own knitting, crochet and card-weaving items for sale.

Payment

I accept Paypal primarily but can make arrangements for direct deposits/bank transfers. I do not take cheques. When payment has been received I ship the items.

Shipping

Shipping in the UK is done by first class post and/or parcel. Times can therefore vary although if you have not received your item within 7 days please contact me. In the event of delays I shall endeavour to inform the customer. I package things as carefully as possible - I am not responsible for damage to items when in transit; seek a refund from Royal Mail and be sure to inform me so I can affirm your claim. I will always attempt to combine packages should you order more than one item, to save on shipping costs. For orders to areas outside the UK I ship via international mail - these costs may vary due to holiday season or emergencies (i.e. Hurricane Sandy, etc).

Refund & Exchanges

Refunds for damages or losses are handled directly via Royal Mail. Items are sold as described. If items are damaged in transit customer must contact within 7 days when a replacement may be negotiated. However, items sold as One of a Kind are irreplaceable.
