Payment

Ottava Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. (E-check payments through PayPal must clear before we can make and ship your item.)

Shipping

All items shipping within the United States are sent in a sturdy box by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Priority Mail automatically includes shipping insurance up to a value of $50. Items shipping internationally are shipped by USPS First Class Mail in a sturdy box. Any import duty or taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not paid by Ottava Designs. For U.S. orders, please contact us before ordering if you require more shipping insurance than $50. (Why is it important to insure your package for the full value of your order? If USPS misdirects or damages your shipment, the order cannot be remade and resent unless it is paid for again, nor can it be refunded.) Ottava Designs ships from Connecticut. Items shipping to Connecticut addresses are subject to state sales tax.

Refund & Exchanges

Custom orders including monograms and state necklaces cannot be returned; please shop seriously and review the measurements specified in each listing -- state necklaces can be made smaller upon request. Non-custom items may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 7 days of receipt. (Shipping charges are not refundable.) If your necklace breaks within 60 days of your purchase, we will repair or remake it at no charge. Please contact us to make arrangements. Any error on the part of Ottava Designs will, of course, be corrected as soon as possible, at no charge.
