Welcome to our shop. My wish is that you enjoy browsing and buying my items as much as I enjoy making them. Most items are one of a kind, small batches(dyeing), or possibly larger special orders (candles and yarn) so feel free to contact me about additional available quantities.

Payment

Immediate payment is expected using paypal when you checkout. If you prefer to use a credit card you can still pay through paypal without signing up for an account. 6% sales tax will be added by paypal to any orders originating in Michigan. If it becomes necessary to cancel an order for any reason please contact me immediately, Cancellations cannot be done once your item(s) are in the mail.

Shipping

My items are made and ready to ship, so shipping is usually done within 1-2 business days of paypal notification that your payment has cleared. If I am at a craft show it will still be shipped in less than a week. I usually ship by First Class or Priority mail but if you prefer I will check out the parcel rate for your zip code, in many cases it isn’t that much of a difference. The exception to this is my wood-burning, due to the size and weight it will be sent parcel post unless you request an upgrade. I will ship to your verified paypal mailing address. To expedite your order, please be sure that the shipping address you have input into Paypal is the same shipping address that you provide to Handmadeartists. If I have any questions I will be contacting you to verify before shipping. I do place delivery confirmation on each package that I mail. International Buyers: I am willing to ship internationally but will need your help, I haven't determined all the countries that allow my items (wool and wood) as imports. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items purchased and you, the customer, will be responsible for all custom/VAT fees or import duty taxes for your country. I will need an address before I can quote the postage and would love to make your acquaintance. Even if you are not purchasing at this time feel free to contact me and I’ll do some more research on your location. Thanks for your help.

Refund & Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact me immediately if there is any problem. Returns will be accepted in most circumstances, as long as item is returned in same condition as received within ten days, purchase price will be refunded minus shipping. Refunds will be made through Paypal. Used, soiled or worn items can not be returned. Any Seasonal/Holiday items are not returnable after that Holiday has passed. I use delivery confirmation and tracking and expect you to use it when shipping a return,for everyone’s peace of mind.

Custom orders are welcome, let me know what I might be able to make for you. Wholesale orders are not an option at this time. I do my best to portray and describe the colors in my yarns and rovings as close as possible but monitors do show colors differently so if an exact match is necessary please let me send you a sample.
