Welcome to Coolbead Creations Studio. I am a self taught lampwork artist, and jewelry designer. I take great pride in the quality of my art, and strive to have affordable handmade art jewelry for everyone's enjoyment.

Payment

Payment is due within 48 hours of placing your order, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Sales Tax rates will be calculated once I receive your location information.

Shipping

Shipping on all items per listing description.
Normally if there is more than one requested item, the maximum shipping would be $5.50, to ship priority mail
Tracking numbers on shipments will be provided
Items will be shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment method

Refund & Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges will be discussed on a case by case basis as needed.
If a refund is requested, one will be issued only after the return of item(s) purchased

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of my glass beads are digitally kiln annealed, to strengthen and temper the glass. But, this is glass and glass will break if abused in anyway. I have dropped a lot of my beads on a tile floor, and they bounce like balls, and no injury occurred. But that doesn't mean it couldn't happen. Just remember these beads are made from torched glass, and are not plastic!
