Welcome to Beaded Creations! I hope you enjoy your visit. All of my designs start as a spark of inspiration followed by careful selection of materials, such as handmade lampwork, stones, crystals, and shell. On a flat surface, I arrange the components into the design I’ve envisioned. Once I have it just right, I start measuring and cutting wire for each link. Many of my larger designs can easily have 20-30 individual links that are wrapped together. I use sterling silver wire in the majority of my pieces, with the exception of some of my copper designs. All of my wirework is made with my hands and pliers. The links are partially shaped, the beads added, the links then completed and connected to one another, followed by the wire ends being wrapped, trimmed and filed. It can be a painstaking process, especially on the larger designs, but the finished piece is very strong, unique and elegant. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me. Payment

I currently accept PayPal. All payments must be received within 48 hours of ordering. Any order not paid for within this timeframe will be cancelled and the item re-listed.

Shipping

I ship via. Canada Post and orders will be shipped within two business days of receiving payment. If you are outside of Canada or the US please email me to discuss shipping options prior to placing the order. I carefully wrap all my shipments in bubble wrap and the majority of my items are shipped in a gift box &/or organza bag. *Please note that due to the height of the gift boxes, Canada Post construes them as a parcel, which significantly increases shipping costs (especially within Canada). If you would rather save on shipping and forgo the box, please let me know. Your order will still be fully protected in bubble wrap. I will ship to the address listed on Paypal; please ensure it's the correct address.

Refund & Exchanges

As an Artist, it's important to me that you love your new piece. All of my pieces are designed to withstand normal and regular use for years to come. If something does not meet your expectations and you are not satisfied, please contact me so we can work together to determine the best course of action via replacement, repair or return. If within 3 days of receiving your item you suffer buyer's remorse and want to return it please contact me and we will discuss a refund or exchange, minus the shipping costs. The item needs to be returned, in its original condition and packaging, within 10 days.
