Bio

I offer exceptionally unique hand painted beads, jewelry, and original gift designs created to inspire you. Color and symbol are big for me, color especially. It impacts everything we do and how we feel. Color elevates us, it takes us on a journey. One of the most special things about handmade objects is the intention that the maker puts in to each piece. I am very aware of that intention and each piece I make carries with it a blessing from my heart and a keen awareness of the symbols and the colors used and how it all works together to shape a specific story or mood. A little about me: I was born in Anchorage Alaska but for the most part I grew up in San Antonio, Texas. My art has lead me to live in some great places like Austin, Texas and Boulder, Colorado but I was fortunate enough to discover a beautiful little coastal town where the redwoods meet the sea. When I moved to Santa Cruz, California over twenty years ago, I stopped moving. I live downtown in an a cozy Victorian flat with big bay windows, my studio and my lifemate. I have been creating beads and jewelry and painted designs for over 20 years now. I've studied art at the University of Texas in Austin, San Antonio, The Naropa Institute and the School of Hard Knocks. I have shown in galleries and exhibitions through out the American West and Southwest. Female, Born on July 26
