Cape amethyst is a form of amethyst that is layered or striped with milky quartz. Cape amethyst is a translucent gemstone that ranges from light- to medium-purple and has white bands.

This necklace is made with large coin shaped Cape Amethyst pieces with a white crackled agate and satin Sterling Silver spacer. The heart is an Amethyst with a bail with crystals and the heart hangs from a piece of chain that I added to the front.  The piece are all pinned. This necklace is approximately 28" and the heart is 2".

This piece is dressy, showy and very beautiful.
