I will be glad to lengthen or shorten any necklace. I will not redesign a necklace. Choose the necklace you like because of the over all look, not for the beads. . thanks and enjoy Payment I accept Paypal only. Payment is due 3 days after purchase. Shipping I ship using USPS set rate box. Shipping is $5.00 Also, shipping charges DO NOT include insurance, however I highly recommend it. If you would like your package insured please contact me so I can send an adjusted invoice reflecting the insurance. I usually ship within 48 hours of your payment (Saturdays are not included.) Refunds and Exchanges Returns are accepted within 7 days of your purchase. The item must be returned in new and unused condition. Please contact me to request a refund. Refunds will be issued less shipping charges. Additional Policies and FAQs REPAIR In the event that your items become damaged during normal wear, I will gladly repair them free of charge within 3 months from the date of shipping. After three months, I will repair your items for a small fee. |
