Payment

Payment: We gladly accept payments via PayPal (in USD) and money orders.

Payment for purchases must be received within 24 hrs. via PayPal or 10 days if by money order otherwise sale is subject to cancellation.

Shipping

Shipping: Items will ship to the address listed on Paypal, so please make sure that your Paypal and Etsy shipping address are correct during checkout as we are unable to do anything after the package has shipped. We are happy to ship your items to another address; simply enter their name and address during checkout.

To Our International Customers:

We do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. Wooda Cooda is not responsible for those charges. For further information please refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Refund & Exchanges

All vintage items are sold as is and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on vintage items. We describe all vintage items, through photography and description, as accurately as possible. If you have any questions about a particular listing, please be sure to contact us prior to purchase.

We are certain you will be happy with our handmade products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our handmade products we will replace the product or refund your purchase price.

We will offer a store credit or refund in the event of severe damage during shipping. Please send us photos if such an unfortunate event occurs within 48 hours of delivery. We pack all of our items very carefully to ensure they arrive safely!
