Shipping

CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME Please see the Shop Announcements for the most current production time › urbansoutherncharm.etsy.com ________________________________________________________ DOMESTIC SHIPPING › Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. › First Class delivery can take 3-10 business days. › Complimentary tracking numbers are provided with each order. › Orders totaling $150 or more will have an automatic, complimentary upgrade to Priority shipping. ________________________________________________________ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING › Orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. › First Class delivery can take up to 8 weeks, but generally take 1-2 weeks. › Urban Southern Charm is NOT responsible for any incurred taxes, duties or customs fees. › Orders will never be marked as "gift", as it is illegal to do so. ________________________________________________________ SHIPPING UPGRADES If you would prefer a shipping upgrade (Priority, Express, Registered etc), please message me for a private listing. ________________________________________________________ TRACKING Domestic (and some International) orders include a tracking number. A confirmation email is automatically sent with the tracking number upon shipping, but please check your SPAM file in your email if you haven't received one. The tracking number is also available on the order confirmation page if paid with Direct Checkout. To access this page, go to "My Account" at the top of the screen and then to "Purchases". When you click on the order, the tracking number will be provided there with a link. ________________________________________________________ OTHER INFORMATION PLEASE make sure your shipping address is current and accurate. If a package is sent to the wrong address, the buyer is responsible for paying to have it mailed again. If you notice that the address is different than your preferred address upon checkout, just send me a message/convo as soon as possible so that I can adjust the shipping address for you. I can also ship to gift recipients, just enter in the recipient's address at checkout!

Refund & Exchanges

DAMAGED DELIVERY I take pride in packaging my items well, however if an item is damaged during transit, please take photos and send me a message stating the problem. A replacement will be sent or a refund, depending on what we agree upon. ________________________________________________________ RETURNS / EXCHANGES Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the item being shown as received according to the delivery confirmation. The item must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING and UNUSED / UNWORN. The refund will be issued upon return of the item, less shipping. The buyer is responsible for return postage. If an exchange is requested, the buyer is responsible for the postage. Custom work is not eligible for a refund or exchange - all custom work sales are final.

CUSTOM ORDERS Most of my pieces are available as duplicates for bridal parties. Any other custom work is welcomed with payment in full due before the process begins. Please note that custom work is not returnable; this includes custom handstamping of initials, names or words that are not a part of my permanent collection. ________________________________________________________ Large order & bridal party discounts are available with a minimum order. ________________________________________________________ WHOLESALE & CONSIGNMENT I am currently available for wholesale & consignment offers.
