Welcome

It wasn’t until 2016 that my interest in things fiber related exploded into a passion. I can’t tell you exactly what the defining moment was for me. All I can really say is that I went from collecting yarn from big box stores to processing raw fleece and spinning my own. I love seeing a cloud of fiber turn into a skein. I love seeing a skein of yarn turn into something beautiful, useful, personal, unique. I love being able to wear a garment that I made with my own hands and countless stitches, knowing that no one else in the world has one exactly like it. My mission is to share that pleasure with others, to put personalized custom items into the hands of anyone wanting something that they can’t just pick off a shelf and buy. Because, why be generic when you can let knit and crochet tell a part of your story?

Payment

PayPal business is my preferred method. CashApp is acceptable at your request. I do not accept personal checks, but money orders are acceptable.

Shipping

USPS is my default but I am able to ship via UPS and FedEx by request. I would encourage insurance be added, especially to orders over $50 in case the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Refund & Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are available on ready-to-ship items, including yarns, fibers, finished garments/items, provided they are in original condition, have not been damaged, and have not been used. A 25% fee will apply to items returned/exchanged, with the exception being a fault of mine, such as I sent the wrong item. You have 14 days from the time your parcel has been delivered in inquire about a return or exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was mine, in which case, I will cover all expenses to have the parcel returned to me. Custom made finished items cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom made yarns and spinning fibers will be subject to a 35% fee. I encourage you to add insurance to your order to cover lost or stolen packages. Please contact me with any questions or concerns you may have regarding this policy.
