Welcome! I am a lampwork bead maker from Victoria, BC. I work out of my garage, and everything you see here in this shop is handmade by me. All of my beads are properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln, cleaned, and inspected. I stand by my work and strive to only offer up the best that I can! I am self representing artist (SRA) #H27

Payment

My preferred method of payment is Paypal, although I will accept a money order or personal cheque (for personal cheques, I will require you to wait until the cheque clears before I will ship your beads). If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time before you have gotten a shipping notice from me. Once I have shipped your beads, I will be happy to do a refund or exchange (minus the cost of shipping), but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping them back to me.

Shipping

I ship using Canada Post. Most of my packages go by Light Packet (air mail) to the US and International, and by regular postal mail to Canada. If the package is too big to go under this method, I will upgrade it at no extra charge to you. I always charge one flat rate of shipping no matter how large your order.

Refund & Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you aren't, for any reason, then please contact me and we can work it out. I am very flexible with regards to refunds and exchanges.
