We are a small family owned manufacture company that designs and hand makes artistic, high quality leather goods; using ancient traditional methods; refined, developed, and handed down through three generations of the Zavisic family. Our creations include belts, wallets, hand bags, cigarette cases, various cases, key chain pendants, glasses cases... almost everything that can be made of leather, and customized to your needs and desire. Besides personal leather goods, we also cater to businesses; for which we can make various products and engrave the logo of Your Company, Organization or Association; A real asset for marketing purposes or employee incentives! Payment

Paypal is our preferred method of payment. For buyers who do not have Paypal account, as long as you have a credit card or debit card with visa function, you can still buy from us. You can pay to us on Paypal website without having to be a member. Items will not ship until payment has cleared.

Shipping

We ship all item by registered air mail international post within 2-5 working days after we receive your payment. It will take 7-10 working days for items to be delivered into EU. Usually it takes 15-20 days to be delivered in USA, but sometimes, because of custom and postal procedures it can take up to 40 days. That is something that we can not manage :( We are not able to ship on corporate addresses from Serbia, so please, give us only personal addresses. Thanks.

Refund & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the item you have received you may return it in its original condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund (excluding all postage costs). If you have any other problems or queries after receiving the item, please contact us asap and we will do our best to help. Please consider contacting us before giving us negative feedback. We will give our best to solve any possible problems :)
