Welcome

All of the products in my shop is made from the fiber of Huacaya alpacas raised on the farm. I take great care to produce items that have the quality expected from such a luxurious natural fiber. Alpaca is light weight, fire resistant, green natural colored fiber. There is no dyeing of any alpaca fiber. If there is anything other then 100% alpaca used in the product it will be noted in the description.

Payment

I use Pay-Pal as my payment method. You do not need to have a Pay-Pal account to purchase from my shop. If you would prefer, I will accept checks but the product will not be shipped until the check has cleared the bank. Call me if you want to purchase using a check so I will be aware there is a check being mailed.

Shipping

I shipped everything by USPS. I get delivery conformation on all shipments. Insurance is available on your purchase at the actual cost. Usually shipped Priority Mail. Expedited Over Night shipping available at actual cost.

Refund & Exchanges

Refunds are gladly offered. If for any reason you are not completley satisfied with your purchase, you may return in the same condition as you received it for a full refund or exchange. If you do not purchase the insurance any loss or damage after shipping is your responsibility.

I accept special orders just contact me and we wil work out the details and the time frame for the completion. I will place items on consignment in other shops with an agreement between us. Just call to make arrangements. The products purchased from shop will be handmade in the United States from 100% American Alpaca fiber. The alpaca fiber is never dyed. Alpaca if one of the most hypo-allergenic natural fibers. Your products are made of long lasting fibers.
