| I prefer to use as many natural items in my handmade jewelry as possible, such as, leather instead of metal chain for necklaces, real natural crystals instead of cheap glass or plastic. I am moving away from using cheap permanently colored wire to, instead, using only 925 sterling silver, and I am now adding a whole new line of handmade jewelry, using sterling silver rings with grade-aaa eye clean crystals or cabochons, sterling silver earrings with the same crystals or with crystal beads, pendants, etc. You can't really see it in photos, but I take great care in producing every product, not thinking about getting it done fast, but instead, getting it done right ... right for the customer. That's what I care about, getting it right for the customer. |
Payment |
| Payment is accepted via credit or debit cards, and is processed using PayPal (you do not have to have a PayPal account). No products will be made or shipped until after full payment is received (I may even have to order supplies to make your product). |
Shipping |
| All products are shipped within the United States via USPS First Class Mail, and are usually shipped within 1 to 5 business days. If there is a problem with meeting that, I will notify you and keep you updated regarding the status of your order.
If you live in the Fort Walton Beach, FL area, contact me via private message here and we can, if you prefer, arrange local pick-up. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| I am unable to offer returns at this time. However, if your product is damaged in shipment, contact me within 7 calendar days and I will give you the address to send it back to for repairs. Buyer is responsible for returning the entire product in its original shipping materials, and for return shipping charges.
If you are buying jewelry where you must submit a size, such as ring size or bracelet (wrist) size, it is your responsibility to get the size correct before you place your order. |
