Payment

I accept only Payapl. you don't need to have PayPal account to pay through PayPal.

Shipping

All orders are normally dispatched within seven working days from receipt of payment. International orders will generally be received within 14 working days. If for some reason any of the ordered items are not in stock even if stated so on the website, we will refund any payment taken since we do not operate a back order system. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination for non EU countries.

Refund & Exchanges

If any of the goods are for some reason faulty, damaged or not the item ordered, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery by fax, email or letter. I will then issue you with a return reference, which you must clearly display on the package you are returning to us, together with your invoice number, name and address. I will then correct the mistake and refund any postage incurred by the customer in returning the item. Any returns should be sent to us in a padded envelope by recorded mail only as this is traceable. For an order to be sent not registered, I will require the customer to send us an email confirming this. I can not guarantee the delivery of non-registered orders, and will not be liable for any loss on non-registered mail orders.
