| Welcome to Robbin’s Nest Boutique. I have been crafting for many years for myself, family and friends. I enjoy crafting and I hope you enjoy each item you purchase as much as I enjoyed making them. I am a one person operation and take pride in my work, with that said, please keep in mind with the time frames when ordering. All items are made to order but there may be times when I have extra in stock and can ship sooner. I will do my best to inform you of the time frames through e-mail. Payment |
| Robbin’s Nest Boutique accepts Paypal payments (which accepts all major credit cards). Payment is due when your order is placed. Orders will be processed once payment is received and I have received confirmation. If payment is not received within 2 days of purchase, your order will be cancelled. Once item has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled due to the items being made to order just for you. Shipping notification will be sent to your e-mail once item has shipped. |
Shipping |
| Shipping varies depending on items purchased. I have included a shipping time line within the description of each item, so please read carefully. All orders will be shipped First Class via US Postal Service. I ship Monday – Friday’s. Please allow 3-5 days for an order to reach you once it has been marked shipped. I will combine shipping for multiple items purchased, please note additional charges on each description. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| Your satisfaction with your purchase is very important to me. I do my very best to make the best quality of products. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your product and I will be happy to discuss the issues with you to see if we can resolve the problems. Otherwise a full refund will be issued.
