Rasmussen Gems and Jewelry LLC is owned and operated by John Atwell Rasmussen. The Artist started applying his academic education in geology as a gemologist identifying gemstones, then expanded into lapidary and Jewelry Design and manufacture. All pieces are unique and custom orders are accepted. Appraisal services for Gemstones and Jewelry Pieces available. Contact me for appraisals as each one is an individual unique project.

Payment

Paypal is the method of payment. Payment in full is required before the piece will be shipped to the customer. All shipping, taxes and expenses for processing are included in the posted purchase price for each item. Any piece may be returned within 30 days in the same condition that it sent in for a shop credit of equal value. Layaway (time payments) can be made at no interest. Failure to make monthly layaway payments forfeits the layaway.

Shipping

All shipping is done with the United States Postal Service Priority Mail service. Domestic shipping charge is $5; everywhere else is $35. Any cost above this fee is included in the purchase price. The customer is responsible for any import, excise or other fees for shipping outside the USA.

Refund & Exchanges

Any piece may be returned within 30 days for store credit of the purchase price minus shipping. All shipments are insured and if damaged in shipping after processing the insurance payment will be replaced to the customer. Since each item is uniquely handcrafted, the replacement will be similar to the original but may have variations.
