Payment |
| I prefer PayPal for payment, however, if you do not want to pay that way, you can contact me and work something else out. |
Shipping |
| I use USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the weight and size of the item being shipped. I will contact you to let you know which service I have used and give you tracking information at that time. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| USPS and UPS require photographs of the box the item was shipped in, plus shipping materials used, and photographs of any damage that may have occurred. The customer is responsible to supplying photographs to me and to the shipping company for the purposes of filing a claim. All packages are insured for damage. |
Additional Policies and FAQs |
| I require a 1/2 down payment on all custom orders. Since custom orders often require me to buy additional or special supplies, I will be getting right on that. Therefore, if the customer cancels the order at ANY TIME after it is placed, I will only refund the down payment MINUS any expenses that I have incurred because of the order. |
