Shipping |
| The "Felted slippers" Shop ships within usually 1-2 days as product gets produced. We use Kyrgyz Post company services. The shipping will take 15-20 days generally. For Christmas and other high time, order in as much advance as possible due the postal company overload.
All products require packaging and cushioning material, thus tare (packaging) weight is added to the merchandise. In case you want express mail service, drop us a line stating which products you want to order and we can ship them to you by either DHL, FedEx, or UPS. The shipping cost difference need to be paid accordingly. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| You can return the product you purchased within 30 days. The product must be in unworn, unused, undamaged condition with the original, undamaged packaging. We will return your money FOR THE GOODS 100% back to you. However shipping cost is not refundable. Your invoice number will be tracked back to the credit card payment processor you chose on our website when you made payment to us. |
