Hello. Thank you for your interest in learning more about me. I am a self-taught artist. One day I discovered gemstones, sterling silver/gold filled wire, metal sheet and I begun experimenting with them and immediately fell in love with jewelry making. I wanted to know everything there was to know and so began my rebirth, because words and thoughts became shapes and expressions through metal and gems. My jewelry work is hand-formed, hand-soldered and I am very passionate about my craft.

Payment

I accept all major credit cards via Paypal (no account required).Credit card holders: You don't need a paypal account to purchase through Handmadeartists.com. Click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay with credit card without signing up for a Paypal account. Once I receive the payment, I ship in 5 - 7 BUSINESS days.

Shipping

Your jewelry will arrive carefully wrapped in a gift box, in a bubble mailer.

♥♥IMPORTANT♥♥: Once I receive the payment, I ship your rings in 5 - 7 BUSINESS days, in a gift box, in recycled bubble mailers via THE GERMAN POST (Deutsche Post) -

I live in The Netherlands, but go to Germany & ship via Deutsche Post.

Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. I will email you with your customs label number when I ship your package. The German Post (Deutsche Post) is pretty efficient, and orders to the U.S. (east coast) should take between 5-10 business days to arrive; orders to the U.S. (central and west coast) may take up to 2 or 3 weeks to arrive. Holiday shipping will most likely be a bit longer. Insurance is at the discretion of the buyer (leave me a message at checkout if you would like to add this).

All international customers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees. Please check with your local post office to verify what other and if any additional fees do apply.

Refund & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and we will work out a solution. I am a one woman business and this is my bread and butter, so I make sure that my customers are happy with their purchases.

I am not able to refund shipping costs and the buyer is responsible for the costs that are related to shipping item(s) back and items MUST BE sent back insured.

♥♥IMPORTANT♥♥:
Please check your ring size with the ring size chart available as a link on my listings. I use it as a reference for my rings and once I get a custom order for a ring I will consider that you have already checked my ring size chart, so basically you cannot get the wrong size shipped to you!

It's important to order the correct size right from the start, since there is nothing on the shelf to exchange your ring with if you order the wrong size. I can re-size your existing ring but there is a fee associated with that (unless for some reason I made a mistake and made the ring the wrong size )
