MairzyDozy, LLC was started in the Spring of 2009 by sisters Dawn and Marie. We have been working together crafting, making music, and just having a great time for over 20 years. Our goals for our business is to create beautiful and unique items that will be loved by their owners, provide a superior customer service experience, and make lots of friends along the way! About Dawn: Business Experience: 20 years as a professional fresh and silk floral designer and store display decorator in the San Francisco Bay Area. 5 of those years at Michael’s Arts & Crafts as a designer and crafts instructor. 15 years as bridal consultant and lead designer for several Bay Area Florists. Payment

We prefer to receive your payment prior to creating your custom order. Sales tax is collected from customers in the state of California.

Shipping

Made to order items can take 2-3 weeks to be made and shipped. Items that are already assembled will ship 5-7 days after purchase. Foreign deliveries may be more expensive then noted on the listing depending on the destination. International deliveries can take 3-8 weeks or more depending on location and local customs. **Please note that payment of Customs duties is the responsibility of the buyer. Your Customs form will be filled out accurately and honestly, which includes not marking purchases of merchandise as gifts. If paying by PayPal, items will be shipped to the mailing address selected in PayPal.

Refund & Exchanges

Most of our designs are made specifically to order and are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, you may send it back for a replacement or store credit. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, and require a refund, we will honor your request minus a 20% restocking fee. Please take this policy into consideration before placing your order. We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for returns other than custom orders.
