Welcome to my shop! I believe that all women and men should be able to enjoy nice things and not have to spend a fortune to do so! With smart shopping for materials and classic designs,I can offer good quality jewelry for an affordable price. I try to be as accurate as possible when listing materials,sizes, etc.and I will never intentionally misrepresent any item in my shop. Payment

This shop gladly accepts Paypal or credit cards that you can use through paypal. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. A written receipt will accompany every package. Custom orders will be posted in the "Made to order section" of my shop. A thorough dialogue will occur regarding materials, bead selection, colors,etc.,and must be agreed upon by both parties before any work is done. Upon this agreement,a payment of half must be made to cover materials, and the balance is due upon completion. Once payment is received and confirmed, then items will be shipped

Shipping

I ship USPS 1st class mail and generally will ship the following day after payment is confirmed,with the exception of federal holidays. Payment MUST be confirmed through Paypal before anything is shipped. Shipping prices cover mailers and packing materials as well as actual postage.

Refund & Exchanges

I hope that you will be completely happy with your purchase, but if not I will accept returns under the following conditions. The buyer MUST INFORM ME of their intent to return the item and WHY.The item must be returned in good,unaltered condition WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 10 days from original shipping date.Please wrap your return carefully for shipping. If something happens to the item because of inadequate packaging, a refund will NOT be issued.I do not refund shipping costs. To date, I have never had any item returned from any place that I have sold. It's a record that I am proud of and work hard to keep. ***No refunds on custom orders.***

My Jewelry is unique and OOAK I would be very happy to create something special for you! I can customize anything in my shop to suit you and your needs or we can work together and design something totally new. Extensive dialogue will accompany any request to be sure that all parties are in agreement and you get the piece you've been dreaming of. Thank you for considering my shop for your special purchase! If you need a different ear wire,please ask. If I can change it using like materials there will be no charge. If you want sterling or gold filled,there will be an additional charge of $2.50, as I do not stock these and will have to make a special purchase. Made to order items are welcomed! I will do special orders on most anything in my shop or if you have a design in mind. Contact me through the shop, we'll discuss it and see what can be done. I am very flexible and will work with you to create exactly what you want! If it something that I feel I can not do for you, I will refer you to someone I know that can.
