Payment |
| I accept credit card payments through PayPal. After adding the desired item(s)with "Add to Cart" click on "Shopping Cart" in upper right hand corner, be sure to return to the product page after paying to complete the transaction. If you experience a problem paying through paypal, please contact me & I will try to help with this process.
Sales tax will automatically be added for New Mexico residents through PayPal. |
Shipping |
| All items are mailed as soon as possible after payment clears, usually within 24 hrs, sometimes 48. Currently I only mail items through USPS. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| Refunds and exchanges are a possibility - send me a message within 3 days after receiving your order to let me know what you want to do and I will do my best to work things out with you.
I apologize, hats cannot be returned for a refund, or exchange. If the hat is too small or too big, you can do 1 of 2 things: 1. Give it to somebody it does fit, or 2. Mail it back to me & I will make any adjustments & mail it back to you. Please email me 1st, and be sure to include head circumference, and the length you would like the hat to be. I want you to be happy with your hand made creation. |
