All products are handcrafted by me in my clean, pet-free, and smoke-free home. I have been crocheting since I was in elementary school and I taught myself to knit while in college. I created this shop to share my creations with the world. If you have a question about any of the items in my shop, please contact me for more information. |
Payment |
| I prefer that all payments be received through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal. I will offer Direct Checkout if PayPal is not an option for you.
Please submit your payment within 3 days of purchase. Items will not be shipped until payment is received. |
Shipping |
| In stock items will be shipped between 1-5 business days after payment is received. Made to order items will be shipped between 7-14 days after payment is received. Custom orders will be shipped between 12-14 days days after payment is received to account for materials retrieval and labor.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. I chose to mail my items using this service because it includes tracking, $50 insurance, and speedy delivery. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email from me confirming shipment and providing a tracking number. I understand that the quality nor timeliness of shipping can be guaranteed, therefore, if there are any issues, please contact me and I will do my best to ameliorate the situation. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. If there is an issue with your purchase, contact me within 2 days of receiving the product and we will work together to determine a reasonable solution.
If a refund or exchange is necessary, I will accept the product back only if it is unworn and undamaged. You will receive a full refund, minus the shipping costs, once the item is back in my possession and in good condition. **Due to the nature of electronic files, pdf patterns cannot be returned or refunded after payment.** |
