Welcome to my shop! Please browse around and have a good time! I love hearing from my customers, so please don't hesitate to drop me a note. Custom orders are welcome here, too! I'll be happy to create a variation of anything currently in my shop to suit your needs and tastes perfectly!

Payment

I gladly accept PayPal payments. Payment is expected within seven (7) days of your initial purchase. If you need more time than that, please contact me so that we can make arrangements that work for both of us.

Shipping

Currently, I ship virtually everywhere. Within the US, all items are shipped First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Smaller items go First Class for the stated shipping charge but can be shipped Priority if you need the item in a hurry. Larger items (over 13 ounces) ship Priority Mail for the stated shipping charge in the USA. I ship internationally via First Class Mail too, though without Delivery Confirmation (not available at this time). Any taxes/levies/fees due through customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

In stock items will ship the next business day after payment is received. Custom orders will ship as soon as they are completed, and this timing will vary depending on the item. I will give you a time estimate and keep you posted throughout the process.

Refund & Exchanges

My goal is for you to be happy, if not THRILLED, upon receiving your item. If there is a problem, please contact me immediately so the situation can be rectified to your satisfaction. Every attempt will be made to give complete/accurate descriptions in all listings.

Custom orders are welcome at i Knit Quilt Sew! Please bear in mind that I am a person and not a factory. I promise to give your custom order my undivided attention. I take a great deal of pride in my work and want that to show in every finished product, so these things do take time.
