Welcome to Highland Princess Designs, crafters of jewelry and accessories for Renaissance garb, cosplay, steampunk, and bellydancing. For those looking for something different from the standard jewelry fare, we have pieces for everyday wear, and we have pieces fitting for pairing with elegant evening wear.

Payment

Payment is via Paypal. Orders may be canceled before actual shipping. At our discretion, custom orders may require a non-refundable down-payment to cover materials and work on the piece.

Shipping

We typically ship via USPS flat-rate priority, which costs $5.80. Faster shipping and insurance are available on request. Deliveries in the Twin Cities Metro Area are at a much reduced cost (and generally will be much faster) than shipping through USPS.

Refund & Exchanges

If there is a flaw in a piece purchased from us, we will replace or repair it at our cost, or offer a refund. Repairs of our pieces can generally be made at no cost other than shipping. As always, pickup/delivery in the Twin Cities Metro Area is at an extremely reduced cost compared to shipping via USPS.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Highland Princess Designs loves custom orders, and charges no more for them than if the same piece were to be made for our general stock. If you see a piece that you want in a different color, different metal, or with different stones, please feel free to contact us. Likewise, if you want us to create a unique piece specifically for you, let us know what you want. In cases of large custom orders, or custom orders of pieces that require expensive components, we may require a down payment to cover the purchase of the materials and beginning the work. This will not be refundable.
