| Payment is processed through Paypal. Please follow the instructions on the Handmade Artists website. |
Shipping |
| Items are shipped in 5 to 7 days. I custom make the cartons to fit each item that I ship.
Most items are shipped via USPS and go out as 1st class. If you need the item sooner please contact me for any additional fees. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| If any damage occurred during shipping, such as a crushed box or opened box, please contact me asap.
I try to give the best representation of my stained glass items on the website. I therefore do not offer refunds. If you have any question regarding any of my items, please feel free to contact me before you purchase. I can send you additional information and photos if needed. |
Additional Policies and FAQs |
| If you are planning to hang your stained glass piece outside I recommend taking in down if it's very windy and when the temperatures go below freezing.
If a piece of glass should break, contact me and I'll see if it's possible to be repaired. I use the foiling and solder technique to make my stained glass items and they can be difficult to repair. I welcome custom projects whether it's a suncatcher, night light or panel, feel free to contact me so we can discuss what you have in mind. |
