Payment

I only accept Paypal at this time. Your item will be shipped no later than three days after your payment is received. If your payment has not been received within 2 weeks, I will assume there is a problem on Paypal's end and will cancel the order so that you may try again. If you're having problems, please let me know! I will consider waiting past the 2 week period if I know what's going on. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal. You can choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a Paypal account.

Shipping

If your order needs to be shipped to an address other than the one you use for Paypal, ie gifts, please contact me before or right after placing your order. All items* are shipped no later than three days after your payment is received. Occasionally there may be a slight delay due to my work situation and if this happens, I will be sure to let you know. Your order will ship via USPS First Class Mail and will be packaged securely in a bubble wrap mailer and ready for gifting in a pretty organza bag. *Please allow at least one week's working time on custom orders. I want to make your item to YOUR specifications and I want it to be exactly what you want! This gives us plenty of time to discuss colors, sizing, etc. so that I can please you better.

Refund & Exchanges

My goal is to provide you with items and services that will keep you happy. If your order fails to please you due to a mistake that I made, please contact me and I will work with you to remedy the situation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you would like for me to set up a reserved listing for you, please contact me to discuss it. Unless other arrangements are made, listings will remain in reserved status for one week before being released for purchase by other people. If you need longer than that, please don't hesitate to let me know! I do accept custom orders.
