flaps's Shop Policies

I strive to produce bags of impeccable handmade quality from all styles of fabrics. Handmade bags will not be the same as factory produces bags in that there will often be "human" flaws which factories eliminate with their mass production methods. A true handmade bag reflects the excitement of the artisan in conducting every step of the process themselves. I enjoy making every single bag I make because I love fabric. I am a one woman shop from fabric procurement, design, production, communication and to shipping.

I accept Paypal for payment.

If for any reason you are not happy with a bag purchased from my shop, please contact me right away and I will make it right. I want you to be happy.

All my bags are in stock and ready to ship. I ship Monday through Fridays and generally ship the next day after your order is placed. I confirm all orders and tell you when it will ship and confirm when it has actually shipped.

Purses are shipped Priority mail in the USA in boxes and protective bags. Purses shipped internationally are shipped USPS First Class also in boxes and protective bags. I press all bags before shipment and they should be ready to take out of the box and be put into use immediately, wrinkle free.

Sleeves and smaller items are shipped in protective bubble wrapped envelopes and are shipped USPS First Class both domestically and internationally.

Domestic shipments all have Delivery Confirmation.

Customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. I accurately fill out customs forms and include the shipping slip within each shipment.

Refund & Exchanges
I accept returns for any reason. I refund for lost packages after a reasonable amount of time has passed. I would appreciate being contacted within 3 days of your package's arrival if you have a problem with your order.
