Payment

PayPal, debit or credit card, money order or cashiers check. Personal checks require additional lead time.

Shipping

We ship within the continental US only. All of our products are built to order. Lead times vary from 1 to 3 weeks, unless noted otherwise in the listing. Lead time will be included in the description of each item. We ship larger items exclusively with FedEx. Smaller items may ship via FedEx or USPS, whichever is most economical.

Refund & Exchanges

Custom built items are not refundable. If defective we will make every reasonable effort to make it right. Replacement Policy If your product becomes damaged or broken within the first 90 days of normal use we will replace the damaged part, as outlined below. Empire Custom Woodworks Basic 90 Day Furniture Warranty: The manufacturer of these fine wood products warrants them to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of 90 days from date of delivery. If any item or furniture component purchased from us is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use. Parts or items claimed to be defective must be returned to the factory (per our instructions), prepaid by the purchaser. Repaired or replaced products will be re-shipped to the purchaser at the expense of the manufacturer within 30 days. This warranty is enforceable only by the original purchaser of a product purchased from us (Empire Custom Woodworks dba Cedar Chair Store/cedarchairstore.com).
