Payment methods I accept: PayPal. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express will all process through PayPal.

Shipping

Shipping, Currently my standard shipping time is 3-5 business days (M,T,W,T,F) after confirmed payment unless stated otherwise in a particular listing or I contact Buyer due to some specific reason that effects shipping. I ship USPS First Class unless Buyer requests other. Shipping amounts in listings are approximate & intended to cover actual costs of getting product to you; these include handling costs, cost of shipping supplies, delivery confirmation as well as postage. Should actual shipping & handling cost be substantially less than stated at checkout (this sometimes occurs when purchasing multiple items at one time) you will receive a refund with your order. Customers may request upgrades and buyers should contact me in advance of purchase to make arrangements for any desired upgrades.

Refund & Exchanges

I ask that if you have any questions doubts or are unsure in any way that you contact me with any questions or concerns before you purchase; this policy has served me well in the past and to date have never even had a request for a refund or exchange. That being said I want only happy customers... So should one ever be dissatisfied contact me and I will do best to resolve any issue so that you will be happy! Once an item has left my hands and is in the possession USPS loss and damage are out of my control if these are concerns you can contact me in advance of purchase to make arrangements for postal insurance at your expense.
