Shipping

I try to ensure that items that have been purchased are posted within three working days, but please bear in mind that I live in a small village and occasionally the post office maybe closed. Usually I will try and go to the next village but the French do have quite a few bank holidays. If there is a problem I will be in touch straight away to inform you of the problem. The French postal system is very efficient and most parcels arrive within 7 to 10 days depending on the country. I am afraid I am not responsible to any custom duties from your country of residence.

Refund & Exchanges

I check every item before postage to ensure there are no faults with my handmade items, for the sewing patterns please understand that they are not brand new. Some have been used and other not, so the packing maybe a little crushed or torn. If on receipt there is a problem, please do not hesitate to contact me straight away. I cannot be responsible for the return postage, but as all my items are free postage I will refund the full amount.
