Welcome to Crates And More. Our products are made out of reclaimed wood. All of our products are made when order and our turnaround time is usually 7 to 14 days after payment is received. For custom orders our turnaround time is up to 21 days after payment is received.

Shipping

All of our items in our shop are made when ordered and our turnaround time is 7 to 14 days after payment is received.

We gladly welcome custom orders on all of our products and out turnaround time on custom orders is usually shipped with in 21 days after payment is received. For large custom orders this turnaround time is usually 28 days.

We ship all of our items by United States Postal Service Standard Post as we feel this is the most cost effective way to ship our products due to the weight and oversized packages that is required by most of our items.

We include insurance and tracking on all packages that are shipped within the United States.

We welcome international orders. Just send us a message before ordering so that we can give you an accurate shipping quote to your country.

Our items are made when ordered and are shipped in the order in which they are received in.

Any excess shipping charge over $2.00 of the original shipping price we will refund back to our customer.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or VAT tax that may be imposed by your country's government. No purchase will be marked as a gift. It is against the law.

Refund & Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us just as soon as possible so that we can try to correct the problem.

Items must be returned within 7 days after delivery date for a refund or exchange.

On returns the buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs and must be returned to us in unused condition and free of pet hair.

All computer monitors are different and will show the product differently. The product may appear lighter or darker depending on your monitor. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

With all of our items being made when ordered and out of reclaimed wood each product and wood pattern will vary slightly due to the reclaimed wood used.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. Unless the custom order was damaged during shipment in which case we are more than willing to work with the buyer to get the problem corrected as soon as possible.
