Payment

Payment for all items must be completed within 5 days, unless you have made prior arrangements with me. Otherwise, they will be relisted after a 5 days waiting period. PAYPAL: You do not need a paypal account to in order to make a payment through paypal. Even if you don't have a paypal account, you can still use it to make your payment. Once your payment is complete, you should receive a confirmation via email.

Shipping

I try to recycle as much as possible, so sometimes I may use recycle padded envelope. However, your order will come in a beautiful organza bag safely wrapped in tissue paper and additional padding if necessary. US SHIPPING US is usually through first class mail to keep shipping costs down. To make other arrangement, please send me a message me for details. I will ship all items to the address provided by Paypal. Please send me a note if you would like the item shipped to a different address. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING I do Offer worldwide shipping!! Items in destination to countries other than the US will be shipped using USPS 1st class international mail. There is no delivery confirmation or tracking with this service. If you would like your item to shipped via 1st Class Registered Mail with Insurance,it will cost $12.00 to do so. Please contact me to make arrangements. Orders over $150 Will be upgraded to priority mail FREE. Thank you.

Refund & Exchanges

Please, if there is a problem with your item, contact me immediately and I will do my best to help resolve the issue. However, if you need to return the item, please do so within 15 days of receipt and I will issue a refund. Shipping fees if any are not refunded. TUTORIALS Please note that I do not accept returns on tutorials, once I have sent them to you. Since these are documents, there is no way to garantee they have not been copied already.
