My top priority is giving you a smooth and enjoyable buying experience. As with all handmade jewelry, my pieces should be taken care of and stored in a safe, dry place. I do not recommend showering or swimming in my jewelry. As with all plated jewelry , over time the metal plating will rub off.

Payment

I currently accept payment only through Pay Pal. No need to set up a Pay Pal account to pay with a credit card if you don’t want to.

Shipping

All items are carefully wrapped and packaged. * The item will arrive packaged in a box in a bubbled envelope ready to be given as gift. The jewelry will be shipped via Israeli Post, registered . Shipment time usually takes 15-30 business days. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received and cleared. International buyers - please be aware that any potential customs duties taxes or fees, are the buyer's responsibility.

Refund & Exchanges

Please let me know if there are any problems at all before leaving negative or neutral feedback and giving me a chance to resolve a potential problem. I will always try my best to make you happy with your purchase. I accept returns and exchanges within the first 15 days of receipt. The item must be returned in new and unused condition and in the original packaging. Please contact me to request a refund. Refund does not include shipping costs. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for return items. Please send returns to me with delivery confirmation. I cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit back to me.

CLEANING ACRYLIC: It is important to properly care for your acrylic jewelry so they will provide you years of durability. While acrylic is very durable, he is vulnerable to careless handling and improper cleaning techniques. Wipe gently with a soft damp cloth, such as cotton tee-shirt material. Do not use paper towels or other rough products. Use a small quantity of mild soap in lukewarm water, wipe gently with a clean soft cloth to prevent streaking. DO NOT USE: Window cleaning fluids, scouring compounds, disinfectants, gritty cloths, leaded or ethyl gasoline or strong solvents such as alcohol, acetone, carbon tetra chloride etc. *Repairs* It is my goal to create each piece of jewelry with the utmost care in workmanship using high quality materials. That being said, handmade jewelry is delicate and should be treated as such. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, it will be corrected within one month of purchase.
