Payment

I accept Paypal, and credit cards, (you can use them through the Paypal web site even if you don't have a Paypal account ), and money orders. If I don't receive payment within 48 hours of your purchase, I will assume you have changed your mind and will relist the item. I am willing to work out lay-away and installment plans with a deposit and with the understanding that the quilt will ship only upon completion of payment. Payment plans are interest free, but I ask the buyer to pay fees charged by paypal for each installment. Deposits and installment payments are non-refundable.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment. Tracking information will be supplied. If you need your item sooner, please convo me to make arrangements. I insure every quilt I ship at no extra cost.

Refund & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with your quilt for any reason, you may return it. I do require that you insure it when you ship it back. Deposits for layaway are non-refundable.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I accept some custom orders depending on the type of quilt you are requesting and my schedule. I require a down payment to purchase fabric and supplies which is non-refundable. Please contact me for more information.
