| I ship first class unless it is a rush order. In which case, additional shipping may be added to the item. I shop to find the least expensive rate. Because international shipping is not an exact science, you can contact me to get accurate shipping rates. Unless it is a custom made order, I ship within 3 business days. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| Please let me know if you have a problem with one of my bouquets. I do my best to pack them well so they do not get crushed. Custom orders are not returnable, however, I am willing to work with a customer if they let me know. |
