AGREEMENT   This agreement is between Nyx'sCorner and buyers. The parties agree as follows: Nyx'sCorner OBLIGATIONS. Nyx'sCorner shall -respond to inquiries within a reasonable amount of time. -send products in time allocated. Buyers OBLIGATIONS. Buyers shall -pay for product and shipping before shipment is processedd. REPRESENTATIONS OF THE PARTIES. Nyx'sCorner hereby represents that messages and/or inquiries will be responded to within reasonable timing and products will be sent within the allocated time (seeing that the buyer has completed the purchasing process. Buyers hereby represents that they must complete the purchasing process before product is shipped. ADDITIONAL TERMS. Custom orders are completed on a first come, first serve basis; though this is not to say multiple customs are not being completed simultaneously. Ready times for custom orders vary with demand at the time and what's in stock. A separate agreement may be written upon request with a custom order. FORCE MAJEURE. A party will not be in breach of or in default under this agreement on account of, and will not be liable to the other party for, any delay or failure to perform [his][her][its] obligations under this agreement by reason of fire, earthquake, flood, explosion, strike, riot, war, terrorism, or similar event beyond that party’s reasonable control (each a “Force Majeure Event”). However, if a Force Majeure Event occurs, the affected party shall, as soon as practicable: notify the other party of the Force Majeure Event and its impact on performance under this agreement; and use reasonable efforts to resolve any issues resulting from the Force Majeure Event and perform [his][her][its] obligations under this agreement.

Payment

Shipping

*Most products ship within 1-2 business days (not including custom orders). *Flat Rate USPS shipping ($5.35) is standard, unless otherwise requested by buyer. *Delivery confirmation and/or signing for the package is available upon request for an extra charge. *I will shortly be able to have quotes internationally, not only in the United States.

Refund & Exchanges

*No refunds *Reasonable jewelry adjustments/fixes. (If your product comes destroyed, doesn't fit properly, or breaks within a reasonable amount of time, please send it back to be repaired and/or adjusted. This applies only to products destroyed in the mail (with all the pieces being accounted for or minor repairs such as a replaced clasp or jump ring.)
