Hi and welcome to Adorabubble Jewellery. My name is Lisa Borland and I lovingly hand craft all of my items from my new villa in Ovacik, Turkey, having emigrated from Scotland in the UK on 30 August 2010. I create bridal headdresses, including classical tiaras, asymmetrical and wedding headbands, forehead necklaces, circlets, crowns, floral vine crowns, hairpins and combs and jewellery. Most of my items, unless otherwise stated, are made to order. This means that once you have ordered your item, you should allow between 10 days and 3 weeks before your item is dispatched for delivery. These timescales are subject to change depending on how busy I am at the time. However, I will always contact you to confim an estimated date of dispatch. As I am posting items from Turkey, please allow at least three weeks for delivery upon dispatch. Please order your item in plenty of time before your occasion, to ensure that I can deliver within your timescales. If you need something to be delivered quickly, please contact me before ordering to check if I have the components in stock and that I can meet your timescales.

Payment

I accept payment by Paypal. Please pay as soon as you have ordered to ensure that your item is made as quickly as possible.

Shipping

I ship by PTT, which is the Turkish postal service. I keep my shipping to $5 for headdresses and $2.50 for jewellery. This service can take anywhere between 10 days and three weeks to arrive. If you would prefer an expedited delivery, of 6 to 10 days, delivery costs are $8 for headdresses and $5 for jewellery. I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused at international customs, and the customer is responsible for any taxes or costs upon receipt in the destination country.

Refund & Exchanges

If your item has not been customised I accept returns within two weeks of receipt. I will offer a full refund. If your item has been customised specifically for you, I am unable to accept refunds. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty, I will refund or replace. Please contact me to discuss arrangements.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Many of my items can be made in any colour and I am happy to customise the items by changing crystals or adding pearls etc. I am also very happy to offer a bespoke service. Please contact me with your ideas for a no-obligation quote. I am also happy to discuss providing my items wholesale or on consignment to bridal stores (online or bricks and mortar).
