Payment

PayPal is accepted for payment. I accept payments through Pay Pal.

Shipping

All items will be shipped within 1-3 days upon receipt of payment of goods purchased, or in the case of weekend orders, the next working business day. Please also note that shipping may take slightly longer if I am on holidays, this will be stated in the shop announcement. Shipping costs include both postage and the packaging materials used to ensure a safe delivery of your artwork. All orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail to keep costs as low as possible for buyers. Please note Australia Post does not have a tracking number service. Please allow at least 3-4 weeks for international purchases to arrive in the mail. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refund & Exchanges

In the unlikely event of loss or damage of items through the post please convo me within 7 days of receipt of item and I will endeavour to replace or refund the damaged item. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
