Untouched Products strives to make quality body and hair care products using time-tested recipes that are beneficial to our customers. Any differences from batch to batch in color, scent, or consistency are due to the natural fluctuations in our ingredients.

Payment

We accept payments all major credit cards and debit cards via Paypal. We also accept payments via Zelle and Cash App. Taxes will be collected for IL residents.

Shipping

Once a properly completed order (name, complete address and telephone number) is received and authorization of your form of payment is received; we will quickly place them in line for shipment, usually within 1-4 business days. We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail and delivery times depend largely on your location. If you share an email address, you will receive an email once your order has shipped.

Refund & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handcrafted products we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any open or used products. Everyone is unique and finding products that work for you is a journey. So we encourage you to try our sampler kit or travel size lotions first, and if you like them please come and visit us again! If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve any issues.
